A letter from Binga Beach Brothers

We are pleased to introduce ourselves as an established and successful glamping resort located on the picturesque Palawan Island. After diligently navigating the complexities of land acquisition, environmental compliance, and securing the necessary permits, we have been operating Binga Beach Resort, a small boutique glamping destination, for over a year.

We are proud to say that we solely own the land and the resort, which is currently valued at 40 million pesos (approximately $800,000 USD). Importantly, we do not have any outstanding debts to banks or lenders.

With our successful track record and our strategic location, we are now looking to expand our project. Our vision is to increase the number of glamping tents and establish an eco farm. Recently, we have acquired the lot across from our current resort as well as an additional two hectares down the street, with these new acquisitions valued at 16,800,000 pesos (approximately $336,000 USD).

Our location falls within Cluster 3 of the San Vicente Master Plan, overseen by the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA). Although it will take some time before further developments occur in the area, it is noteworthy that Megaworld, a prominent developer from Manila, has acquired 400 hectares nearby for future development.

We pride ourselves on being a sustainable resort, powered by solar energy and committed to sustainable practices. We are seeking investors who share our vision and commitment to sustainability to join us in our expansion efforts.
